Some of you may know but my business is currently run in our small one bedroom apartment. I work in the dining room, and use the dining table along with my desk to do all my work.
Yes, I make it work, and not let it sacrifice the quality of my work, but needless to say, it is extremely inefficient because the lack of space. My materials are stored in different pockets of the apartment, and it just doesn’t make sense how things are laid out. This apartment served us really well for two years, but as my business is growing, it’s time to move on:)
So we’ve found a perfect house to move into at the beginning of last month, and finally closed yesterday!!!
It’s our first house, and we’re super excited!! Now I will have my own office where I can increase efficiency and make more and more awesome products 🙂
We are moving this weekend, but not to worry, the shop will be open, and the transition would not affect processing time, as I will have almost a full week to move over.
